The thoughts that come to my mind, and the coolest thing that happens automatically, is the instantaneous mind/muscle thought process that unfolds when I say or hear the word “muscle”. Some of these thoughts include the words “strength” and “power”. Think about these words for a minute. Not just a few seconds. I want you to stop reading this right now and think about these two words for a full minute. Whichever one you are drawn to the most is where your mind will spend most of its time. How fortunate are we on this earth that we can literally move mountains with a little bit of strength – both physically and mentally.

The word “power” blows my mind every single time I hear it, say it, or see it. It speaks to me on so many levels. It also speaks for itself – as long as you commit to feeling it and seeing it with a healthy perspective. After all, in a positive and healthy context, who doesn’t love the word power?

Muscle Exercise:

Visualize the word “strength”. Visualize the word “power”. Dig into your mind/muscle connection. Think about them, feel them, and most importantly, exude them within a healthy context and positive perspective.

Result:

You feel empowered, inspired and motivated.
